By subscribing to a delivery plan with SufraBox, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Subscriptions & Delivery Plans

Subscriptions can be set up for morning delivery, evening delivery, twice-daily delivery, or bulk supply for shops, as described on our services page. Quantities and schedules may be adjusted with advance notice. We will notify you of any significant changes to your confirmed plan.

Delivery

SufraBox delivers to the areas listed on our services page. Delivery windows are estimates; occasional delays may occur due to traffic or weather. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery at the agreed address and time, or provide safe drop-off instructions.

Pricing & Monthly Billing

Pricing is confirmed at the time of subscription setup and billed monthly based on your actual deliveries. Accepted payment methods include cash on delivery and bank transfer. Prices may be updated from time to time; existing subscribers will be notified before any change takes effect.

Skipping Deliveries

Customers may skip an upcoming delivery through their account before the daily cutoff time. Deliveries skipped after the cutoff may still be billed, as outlined in your subscription details.

Customer Responsibilities

Please provide accurate delivery information and notify us of any changes to your address or schedule in advance. SufraBox is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

SufraBox sources and handles milk with care and follows hygiene standards at every step. However, we are not liable for issues arising from improper storage of milk after delivery.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
